At Nyinba Global, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (consumable herbal goods), returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is defective or does not match the description

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@nyinbaglobal.com with:

  • Your order details
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Refunds

Once we receive and verify your return request, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns due to our error will be covered by Nyinba Global.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened, used, or consumed cannot be returned unless they are defective. Custom or bulk orders are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy above.
